Michel Guérin (1940-2013) was a French painter and sculptor, best known for his works that explore duality and symbolism. In his work The Two Faces (original title unknown) he drew much inspiration from Picasso The style of it is clear and is certainly reflected in this work also he draws inspiration from the concept of duality, a theme that recurs in much of his art. Guérin often created pieces that explore the tension between opposing elements: light and dark, joy and sorrow, the inner and outer self. in the style of Picasso Although there is little detailed information about this painting specifically, The Two Faces could possibly depict two sides of one person. In line with Guérin's style, this work could be an introspective reflection on different aspects of human identity or the contrast between the masks that people wear and their true emotions.
