Private sellerProduct description
An impressive statement piece by renowned Dutch artist Peter Donkersloot, inspired by the iconic movie Scarface.
This large-scale artwork depicts Al Pacino as Tony Montana, captured in Peter Donkersloot’s distinctive and expressive artistic style.
The deep black tones, warm copper and gold accents, and vibrant brushwork create a powerful, cinematic atmosphere.
What makes this artwork truly special is its layered composition. The central image is recessed within a wide, fully painted frame, creating a unique three-dimensional effect. The artwork and its surrounding frame form one continuous composition.
The piece features a striking gold-colored signature on the front.
Additionally, the back of the canvas contains a personal handwritten dedication celebrating a 25th birthday, adding a unique and personal story to the artwork.
