About the artist:
After his graphic education he worked for 24 years at the Dutch broadcaster NOS/NOB as a photographer.
Peko mainly paints large paintings in very cheerful colors. Fantasy figures are a popular subject .
It is a great feast to look at it and to discover new elements in the modern colorful paintings. His painting style can be described as a follower of the Cobra movement.
His innovative paint treatment in combination with powerful colors and his own dynamic style result in cheerful works of art.
