Product description
A screen print ("Elephant") in bright colors, printed on linen. Framed with passe-partout and glass plate. What is special about this work is that it is screen printed on linen and most people do not immediately see an "elephant" in it..... The work is busily signed in the lower right corner. The work is framed with passe-partout in an aluminum change frame measuring 81 by 61cm.
Patty Harpenau (Amsterdam, March 23, 1959), studied 'fashion and design' at the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam, after which she completed her art and design training at Betzaleh Academy in Israel. After returning to the Netherlands in 1986, she broke through as an artist with an exhibition at the Hilton hotel. From then on she painted professionally and exhibited internationally until 1996. Her work was characterized by colorful expressionism.
