Vintage palm tree sculpture with brass leaves and red copper branches, piece by renowned Belgian artist Daniel D'Haeseleer (1947), Belgium, second half of the 20th century.
The palm tree is fixed on a rough piece of limestone.The work is signed on 1 of the leaves 'D'Haeseleer D', remarkable is the original label of the D'Haeseleer studio which is still intact!
About the artist: Daniel D'Haeseleer is a Belgian artist who mainly creates works of art from brass and copper. D'Haeseleer is best known for his palm trees, but he also produces several other works such as vehicles, animals and very special and artistic wall lights.
This item is in very good condition, the brass bears a nice age patina, check the photos for more details!
