Product description
A characteristic table lamp, designed by the Italian duo Barbieri & Marianelli. This piece is a striking example of postmodern design from the 1980s. The model, known as 'Pall', is characterized by its playful geometry and bold use of color, which gives it an iconic status within its movement. The lamp consists of a lacquered metal base in a striking blue-green hue and a white, disc-shaped plastic diffuser that gently spreads the light. The yellow switch adds a primary color accent, typical of the Memphis-style influences from that period. The light source is a fluorescent tube, which provides bright and even light. This design is a product of Italian craftsmanship and design vision. Traces of use on the bottom edge of the base (see fig 7), otherwise in neat condition
