Pair of ormolu fish-figure bookends on rectangular black marble bases. French work from the 60's. Good overall condition. Note a few traces of common use due to the passage of time in places: lack of gilding on the bronze in places and rare, small wounds on the marble bases in places (see photos and zoom in).
