Pair of 70s Cantilever Side chairs - Chromed metal and brown Skai
Description:
Superb pair of low armchairs (chauffeuses) with a modernist design from the 1970s, Bauhaus inspired.
Their cantilever structure in chromed tubular metal provides a line that is both robust and airy. The seat and backrest are covered with thick, textured brown chocolate Skai (faux leather), offering a very elegant contrast with the shine of the chrome.
These "statement pieces" are ideal for structuring a contemporary living room, an office, or bringing an authentic vintage touch to a sophisticated decor.
Condition: Very good general condition. The chrome is shiny and the tubular structure is in perfect condition. The Skai upholstery is taut, clean and shows no visible snags. The wooden reinforcement plates under the seats are original and solid.
Dimensions:
Total height: 74 cm
Seat height: 39 cm
Seat depth: 48 cm
Width (seat and backrest): 50.5 cm
Backrest height: 30 cm
