ProfessionalProduct description
A magnificent pair of Italian Capodimonte style wall lights, made of gilded metal and decorated with delicate hand-painted flowers. Its light structure is made up of two arms that intertwine with each other, forming elegant curves that separate from each other to end up in the bulb holder.
It follows closely the models made at the Royal Porcelain Factory of Capodimonte. This factory was founded by King Charles II of Bourbon in 1739 on the side of his palace in Capodimonte, a hill in the heart of Naples. Over time, it became one of the largest factories in the world, even surpassing French and German manufacturers. Its pieces are inspired by the gardens and marine life of the Italian region of Campania and are characterized by a great passion for craftsmanship. Today, I Borbone Capodimonte is a workshop that continues the porcelain tradition from generation to generation. It is run by Antonio Fullin Mollica, who, fascinated by this creative world, followed in the footsteps of his father Giuseppe and grandfather Cesare, who taught him the secrets of ceramics and manufacturing techniques. All kinds of pieces are produced: lamps, vases, mirrors... whose style is revised and renewed in each collection without neglecting artisanal production and traditional methods, which make each piece a unique masterpiece.
With this pair of wall lights, you can achieve perfect lighting while being decorative in themselves. A piece of craftsmanship that evokes the elegant and delicate style originating in Capodimonte.
