Product description
This pair of Scandinavian Modern stools was produced in the 1980s, combining solid pine craftsmanship with circular upholstered seating. The construction features a four-point cross base with rounded edges that emphasizes the natural wood grain and warm tone of the pine, supporting a sturdy central square pillar. The circular seat cushions are thickly padded and upholstered in a durable woven jacquard fabric, presenting an abstract motif in muted shades of beige, warm grey, taupe, and soft pastel accents, bordered by neat piping along the perimeter. Their balanced proportions and compact scale make them versatile pieces suitable as vanity stools, accent seats in an entryway, or flexible occasional seating around a low table or living area. The blend of organic solid wood joinery and patterned textile reflects the functional ethos of late twentieth-century Nordic design, integrating effortlessly into Scandinavian Modern, minimalist, and contemporary interior projects. Height 19.7 in (50 cm), Width 14.6 in (37 cm), Depth 14.6 in (37 cm); Seat Diameter 11.8 in (30 cm)
