A pair of original Chinese vases in fine porcelain from Jingdezhen, dating to 1974.
Hand-painted with a Prunus decoration.
Both vases have completely smooth, glazed bases, unmarked. This is a characteristic appropriate for the period: during the Cultural Revolution (1966–1976), state-owned factories avoided imperial or factory marks, considered feudal symbols, and export production often came out unmarked.
