An elegant pair of gilt metal candlesticks, inspired by the naturalist decorative vocabulary so popular in the 1960s. Each candlestick represents a delicate, finely crafted leaf bud, seemingly bursting open to receive a candle. The gilt metalwork highlights the details and lends the whole a refined and poetic presence. These candlesticks evoke the iconic creations of Maison Jansen or Hans Kögl, whose designs elegantly blended botanical inspiration with a Hollywood sensibility.
