Old charming painting, watercolor of a French port town, framed in a tight gold frame with acrylic front, signed and dated at bottom left, Jean Carlier 1989, France. Nice amateur painting with fine soft colors. In good vintage condition, some superficial scratches on the acrylic glass, some minor signs of age and use on the frame, check the photos for more details!
