Product description
A painting of acrylic paint on wood. It is signed to the artist Janusz Kik. The painting has a certificate of authenticity, see photo.
The size excluding frame is 40x60 cm.
Janusz Kik is a modern painter who has a penchant for painting nautical taverns. The painter was born in Poland, but currently works in France, where this painting was also painted. He often creates his paintings with a palette knife. This is an ancient technique that gives a modern effect. This Au Mouillage, which means in anchorage, is representative of his work.
The work is professionally framed in a semi-classical frame. The combination of this frame with the painting makes the striking colors stand out and gives the painting a museum-worthy look.
The painting is painted on a wood panel, making it less vulnerable to Craquelé or other damage, for example.
