Absolute collector's condition: Original pair of Cosack Table lamps (Model 7642/01) from the early 1970s (approx. 1971).
For sale is an exceptionally well-preserved, identical pair of design Table lamps from the renowned German premium manufacturer Gebrüder Cosack. In interior design, lights arranged in pairs (e.g., for bedside tables or symmetrically on a sideboard) are extremely sought after – in this unrestored, but flawless original condition, an absolute rarity on the market.
Condition & Details at a glance:
* Lampshades: Both original, light textile shades made of noble wild silk/shantung fabric are absolutely flawless. They show no stains, discolorations, creases, or tears.
* Glare protection (Diffusers): Both lamps have the original, white acrylic glass panes including the centrally placed, brass-colored knurled nuts for fixation. The panes are completely preserved, clean, and not deformed or yellowed by heat.
* Brass base & stand: The solid base and shaft made of matt brushed brass show a beautiful, absolutely authentic age patina. There are no deep scratches, dents, or corrosion damage.
* Manufacturer's proof: The original factory stickers including model number (7642/01) and VDE test seal are present under the feet.
