Product description
This is a characteristic outdoor lamp, manufactured in Germany and representative of the Art Deco style from the 1930s. The design testifies to the aesthetics of that period, where geometric shapes and functionality come together.
The fixture is constructed from a metal frame, presumably copper, with a weathered green patina that is the result of age and weather influences. A cylindrical plastic shade protects the light source and provides a clear, diffuse light distribution. The layered, architectural structure of the frame is a clear characteristic of the Art Deco movement, which combined elegance and modernity.
The overall condition of the lamp is good, retaining its original finish and authentic character. The patina is consistent over the entire surface and contributes to the historical appearance of the object. The plastic is slightly weathered.
