Beautiful, authentic hand-knotted Persian Tabriz rug in a generous size of no less than 346 × 250 cm (over 8.5 m²).
This rug is in excellent, fresh condition and is an absolute eye-catcher in a classic, modern, or eclectic interior.
Unique features & Quality:
• Origin: Tabriz (Iran), known for the most refined knotting art in the world.
• Material: High-quality, supple virgin wool on a sturdy cotton warp, enriched with fine silk accents around the floral motifs. This gives the pattern a subtle, luxurious sheen in daylight.
• Knot density: Very fine and tight structure (approx. 50 Raj), which guarantees generations of durability. The back (see photo) shows the pure, compact hand-knotting.
• Condition: In very good condition. The pile is full, the colors are intense (terracotta, beige, olive green) and there are absolutely no bald spots, wear spots or damage. The fringes and edges are completely intact.
• Identification: Equipped with the original guarantee mark (Lager Nr. 48).
