Product description
This original portrait of a woman was created by the artist David McEwen. The work presents an expressive depiction of a woman's face, with the artist's signature clearly visible in the lower right corner. The painting is executed in a mixed media of oil and pastel on canvas. The warm, multicolored tones of the face contrast subtly with the dark background and the gold-colored accents. The artwork is framed in a classic, gold-colored frame that enhances the colors of the portrait. The work is in excellent condition, with the texture of the canvas and the vibrancy of the colors well preserved. The frame shows light, natural signs of age that contribute to the authentic character of the whole. This figurative portrait makes a refined addition to a classic or eclectic interior. It comes into its own particularly well as a striking accent on a wall in a living room, study, or hallway.
