Product description
This original Thonet coffee table by Glen Oliver Löw from the 1970s combines masterful craftsmanship with an iconic design language. The distinctive Eiffel Tower-style base, paired with the warm beechwood tabletop, makes this piece a highly sought-after item for lovers of classic European furniture design.
The table features a round beechwood tabletop supported by a delicate, black lacquered metal frame. Measuring 90 centimeters in diameter and 50 centimeters in height, the table offers ample surface area while maintaining a visually light appearance. The complex, architectural structure of the base is reminiscent of classic mid-century designs, and its crossed braces ensure maximum stability. The original Thonet label on the underside of the tabletop definitively confirms the table's authenticity.
The table is in good, authentic condition, honestly reflecting its long history. The structural integrity of the metal frame has been fully preserved, demonstrating the longevity of Thonet production.
This timeless design object blends seamlessly into modern living spaces or classically curated mid-century interiors. As a central coffee table in the living room, it harmonizes beautifully with organic upholstered furniture and textile rugs, creating a striking architectural accent in the room.
