Product description

The painting "Intervention" by Igor Konovalov reflects the overwhelming presence of social media platforms and the rapid spread of digital information that permeates all aspects of modern life. The iconic logos of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others are intertwined with the artist’s symbolic "bunnies," representing information particles that are fast, reproducible, and omnipresent. Konovalov illustrates the chaotic interaction between various digital streams, portraying how these platforms flood our consciousness with content, often blurring boundaries between reality and virtual space. The dynamic composition, with clouds and explosions of activity, emphasizes the unstoppable force of these networks in shaping public discourse, relationships, and human behavior. Through "Intervention," the artist prompts viewers to reflect on how deeply social media intervenes in our lives, influencing thoughts, emotions, and actions, sometimes without us realizing it.
