About this seller
ProfessionalProduct description
This impressive table lamp originates from 1960s Czechoslovakia and is an exemplary piece of "Mid-Century" era design. The dominant feature of the fixture is the marble glass body, created using a special technique in mass-colored glass that faithfully imitates the appearance of natural marble. This artistic approach to material processing lends the lamp unique visual depth and an organic character, making it a striking decorative element for any interior.
The technical condition of the fixture is excellent, as it has been preserved in a very well-maintained original state. To ensure maximum safety and operational reliability for everyday use, the lamp has undergone a professional electrical revision. Thanks to this sensitive maintenance, the fixture is now a fully functional and safe artifact that combines historical authenticity with the demands of modern living.
Given its artistic value, its belonging to the iconic era of Czechoslovak design, and its excellent technical condition, this table lamp holds high collector value. For design connoisseurs, it represents a sought-after solitaire that carries the legacy of 1960s Czech glassmaking tradition and functions as an aesthetic accent in a modern space. Investing in this piece is not only a way to obtain quality lighting, but primarily a means of acquiring an authentic piece of history that retains its elegance and prestige.
