Product description
Eero Saarinen wanted to eliminate the chaos of table legs. So he designed a table that stands on a single base: organically curved, with a top that seems to float on a tulip stem. The base is made of lacquered aluminum, the top of white marble – a material that develops character over the years. This piece by Knoll International dates from the 60s and shows a beautiful patina. With a diameter of 107 cm, you can comfortably seat four or possibly even six people. Condition: Good used condition with age-related signs of wear (see pictures) Manufacturer: Knoll International Design: Eero Saarinen Model: Tulip Table Origin: USA Style: Midcentury Period: 1960s Material: Marble, Aluminum Color: White Dimensions: Ø 107 × H 72 cm Product ID: 5043
