Signature: Signed "Sahraoui" lower left. This name and the style of the work are reminiscent of the Tunisian painter Schems-Eddine Sahraoui (born in 1948), a leading figure of the Tunis School.
Provenance: Authentic period piece (circa 1970) bearing on the reverse the stamp of the Barjawi Gallery (Beirut, Lebanon), a renowned art and framing institution of the time.
Mounting: Presented on its original gilt stretcher/frame.
