This rare vintage 1970s 'UFO' or 'bug-eye' pendant lamp is a prime example of space age design. The lamp is made of plastic with orange and smoked transparent surfaces. Often referred to as a 'bug eye lamp', it is made by Massive and is sometimes wrongly attributed to Luigi Colani. The lamp is in good vintage condition with some signs of use consistent with its age (see pictures), has been rewired, and features a standard E27 socket. Dimensions: diameter 40 cm, height 100 cm.
