This is a lovely set of two vintage Side tables by the German brand OPAL Möbel, straight from the Space Age era. Their distinctive round shape and plastic construction make them a true statement from the 70s. The set consists of two tables in slightly different shades, which gives them a playful character. The tables are made of a sturdy plastic casing, one in white and the other in a cream color. Both have a dark tinted smoked glass top, which creates a beautiful contrast. One of the tables is on wheels, making it easy to use as a small trolley or bar cart. They are lightweight and therefore super flexible in your interior. These tables have an authentic vintage character and carry the traces of a previous life. They are not perfect, but that is precisely part of their charm. They fit perfectly into a retro, eclectic or modern interior where a touch of design history is appreciated. Use them next to the sofa, as bedside tables or as a playful set in a seating area.
