Private sellerProduct description
This vintage wall coat rack by the Dutch brand Oostwoud is a characteristic example of functional design from the mid-twentieth century. The design combines a sleek, industrial form with practical usability, making it a sought-after item for lovers of authentic Dutch Design. This model is also known as the train model. The coat rack is crafted from chrome-plated metal and features a hat shelf with multiple tubes. Five original, matching coat hangers hang from the bottom bar, seamlessly complementing the minimalist silhouette. The silver-colored finish gives the whole a timeless appearance. The original Oostwoud brand label is still present on the frame, confirming the provenance and authenticity of this piece. The object is in good vintage condition, commensurate with its age and previous use. The construction is sturdy and fully functional, with the chrome largely retaining its original shine. This wall coat rack looks excellent in a modern or industrially styled hallway. The design offers a stylish and space-saving solution for storing coats and accessories, and adds a subtle historical accent to a home's entrance.
