Product description
Case/box made of pressed cardboard with leather strap from 1930. Was used to transport samples. In good condition. Original, not a decorative reproduction. Dimensions: 56 cm long, 34 cm deep and 20 cm high. The case belonged to a shoe salesman named José, who, as the eldest son at the age of 17, had to go to work after the death of his father to support his mother and six siblings. The suitcase shows signs of use, each of which tells a story of travel on steam trains, rainy days and many roads traveled, making it a very special piece. All items our store sells are antique or vintage, so they may show some wear and tear and signs of age. Please enlarge the photos to judge the condition at your own discretion.
