Product description
Rare old rotary dial telephone made of black lacquered steel, copper-plated steel, brass and a bakelite horn, probably by KTAS, model unknown but in the style of the D30, Denmark, ca 30-40s. This beautiful phone is hugely decorative, factoid, the red copper layer was actually a primer to apply the black lacquer, here the black lacquer has been removed to expose the copper layer and make the phone even more decorative. This beautiful item has a fabric braided cord, indicating an early model. In very good vintage condition, no cracks, breaks or dents, the dial is still very smooth, operation has not been tested, check the photos for more details! Dimensions: LBH25x17x19cm.
