Product description
Nice and very old helmet-shaped coal scuttle made of red copper, brass, and blue and white Delftware handles, first half of the 20th century, Netherlands.
This coal scuttle is very decorative and just slightly better than all other copper coal scuttles, decorated along the side with brass lion's heads. The object is full of character and handcrafted.
This object is in good vintage condition, lightly polished. The original patina has been preserved; there are some signs of age and use on the ceramic handles, such as small chips, but the item is completely original and can be used for many purposes, such as a nice flowerpot.
