This is a vintage Agfa Click-II camera, an iconic piece of German photographic history. The model was introduced in 1959 and was loved for its simplicity and accessibility, making it a popular entry-level model for amateur photographers.
The camera was manufactured in Germany and features a distinctive black plastic casing with a silver-colored metal lens mount. The lens is an Achromat 1:8.8, a simple but effective design for its time. This specimen comes with the original brown leather ever-ready case, complete with a carrying strap, which enhances the authentic look of the set.
The overall condition of the camera is good, in accordance with its age. The mechanical parts appear intact and the camera has a characteristic patina that testifies to its past. The accompanying leather bag is complete and functional.
As a decorative object, this Agfa Click-II adds a touch of mid-century charm to any interior. It is a beautiful item for a collector of vintage cameras or as a stylish accent on a bookshelf, desk, or in a display cabinet.
