Rare office chair Castelli DSC 108, Italy 1960-1969 in aluminum, and wood.

This design is a very nice example of sophisticated Italian design combined with a very solid and durable construction. The casters roll smoothly and the gas mechanism to adjust the chair's height works flawlessly. The honey-colored veneer of the backrest is in good condition and has a nice deep wood grain.
In nice vintage condition: there is a small piece off the armrest and some shallow scratches, not distracting. See photos. Height adjustable with gas spring, from 43 to 55 cm.
