Product description
Industrial drafting table made by Nike Hydraulics in Eskilstuna, Sweden, circa 1950s. Originally designed for professional use by architects and engineers, it is a rare object where engineering, functionality, and design come together.
The work surface is hydraulically adjustable in height via a foot pedal and can also be tilted and rotated using a lever. The tabletop height (when flat) ranges from approximately 100 to 175 cm, making it suitable for both seated and standing work.
This table is offered as a complete set, including the original Jenny drafting ruler and a matching industrial drafting stool. The heavy metal frame and visible mechanical components give the piece a strong industrial and almost sculptural presence.
