Product description
A set of the iconic Model 75 armchairs, designed by the Danish master Niels Otto Møller and manufactured by J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik. This design is a prime example of mid-century Danish design, characterized by a combination of functionality and sculptural elegance.
The frame of the chairs is made of solid teak wood, known for its warm color and durable quality. The organically shaped backrest and flowing armrests offer excellent seating comfort. The seat is hand-woven from natural-colored paper cord, a technique that guarantees both strength and refined aesthetics. These materials and craftsmanship are characteristic of Møller's high production standards.
These chairs have been professionally restored, fully preserving the original character and integrity of the design. The woodwork has been carefully treated and the paper cord seats are in excellent condition, making the set ready for a new life. The overall condition testifies to care and attention to detail.
The Model 75 chairs are versatile, suitable as Dining chairs around a wooden or glass table, or as solitary objects in a living room or study. Their timeless appearance fits seamlessly into a Scandinavian, modern, or minimalist interior.
PLEASE NOTE
the chair has been fully restored and fitted with new paper cord, and the woodwork has been re-treated
