Product description
This classic banker's desk lamp combines a traditional silhouette with functional illumination. The design features the iconic green glass shade, a hallmark of early 20th-century library and office lighting, which provides a focused, glare-free light ideal for reading or working. Constructed with an aluminium base finished in an antique brass tone, the lamp supports an adjustable green glass shade. The piece measures 39 centimetres in height, with a shade width of 26 centimetres and a base diameter of 17 centimetres. It operates via a traditional pull-chain mechanism and includes a 100-centimetre black cable for versatile placement. The lamp appears in excellent condition, showing no visible signs of wear. The glass shade is intact, and the metal finish retains its uniform, antiqued appearance. The pull-chain mechanism and adjustable shade function as intended. This piece is well-suited for a home office, library, or study, bringing a touch of vintage character to a desk or side table. Its classic colourway and form complement both traditional and transitional interior styles.
