The ceramic vase was made in the 1970s in Denmark.
A minimalist yet very elegant ceramic vase in a compact design. Its simple, softly contoured form, with a slightly tapered top and rounded body, fits beautifully with the aesthetics of the 1960s and 1970s. The whole piece is covered in a deep, glossy glaze in a dark navy blue shade, with a delicate ‘frosted’ effect and a subtle, speckled texture visible against the light. This is the kind of piece that works brilliantly in an interior as a calm, elegant accent – perfect for mid-century modern, modern classic, Japandi or minimalist spaces where form and material are key. It looks superb on its own on a shelf or chest of drawers, but works just as well with a single twig or a small bouquet. A very attractive piece of vintage ceramics – simple, refined and timeless in form.
