Product description
Naomi Okuya (JP). Screen print 'YU.636.C', year 1972. Signed by the artist in pencil in the lower right corner Okuya '72 and the work number and edition no. 6/30 in the lower left corner. Dimensions 67 x 51 cm and mounted with acid-free tape on acid-free museum cardboard measuring 84.5 x 60 cm. Everything in excellent condition. Will be delivered in a transparent sleeve (show cover) and shipped by registered mail. Naomi Okuya was born in 1930 in Ishikawa, Japan. She lived and worked in Paris between 1965 and 1982. Okuya participated in numerous exhibitions in Japan, the US, and within Europe. Her abstract, colorful work possesses a unique, recognizable visual language and signature. As a result, it remains beloved and sought after by many collectors worldwide to this day.
