Product description
This Nachtmann Ice Cube table lamp from the 1970s is a striking example of vintage lighting design. The design is characterized by a robust, cube-shaped structure that creates the illusion of a solid block of ice, making it an iconic piece from this decade. The lamp is crafted from heavy, transparent glass that refracts and diffuses light in a unique way. At the heart of the glass cube is a chrome fitting that forms a subtle contrast with the clarity of the glass. The lamp is fitted with a black cord featuring an integrated switch and a standard European plug, indicating the original wiring. The object is in excellent condition, with the glass retaining its original clarity and structure. The chrome fitting displays a light patina befitting the age of the design, contributing to its authentic vintage character. Dimensions: 10 x 10 x 10 cm. This table lamp comes into its own particularly well in a modern or eclectic interior, where it can serve as a sculptural element on a sideboard or side table. The timeless use of materials and geometric design make it a versatile addition to various living spaces.
