Particularly beautiful Murano Glass art object "Amanti", fully signed and made by glass artist Silvio Vigliaturo from 2004. Colorless glass with black-violet powder melting. Decorated using the cold technique after intermediate cooling, then pierced colorless and melted. Also fused to the base plate.
Silvio Vigliaturo is an acclaimed artist from Italy whose works have been shown in solo and group exhibitions internationally. Influences from Cubist, Modernist and Surrealist movements can be seen in his semi-abstract oil paintings, as figures are intertwined with geometric shapes in unexpected ways.
