Product description
A distinctive modernist coffee table from the Netherlands, dating from the 1970s. The substantial wenge frame is constructed from broad intersecting elements, creating a strong geometric composition around the inset clear glass top. The pronounced grain and deep tone of the wenge contrast beautifully with the transparency of the glass. With its balanced proportions and unusual construction, the table has a strong yet understated presence. Condition Very good condition, with minimal signs of wear consistent with age and use. Details Designer: Unknown Origin: Netherlands Period: 1970s Materials: Wenge, glass Dimensions H 35 x W 98 x D 98 cm
