A distinctive Dutch modernist armchair produced by Ahrend de Cirkel in the 1960s. The design combines a chromed tubular steel frame with elegantly curved armrests and a light, open construction, reflecting the functional character of Dutch post-war design. The chair has been newly upholstered in contrasting grey and black corduroy fabric, complementing the chrome frame and giving the piece a fresh, graphic appearance. Condition Excellent condition. Newly upholstered. The frame remains in its original condition.
