About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a large-scale modern chandelier, constructed from a complex web of dark metal. The fixture's highly sculptural and organic form creates a dramatic focal point, reminiscent of a bird's nest or an intricate, tangled vine.
The chandelier is composed of numerous looped and welded iron rods, finished in a dark brown colour that gives it a raw, industrial character. Interspersed within this metal framework are shards of clear glass, which catch and refract the light. The design incorporates multiple exposed filament bulbs, casting a warm and inviting glow throughout the space. This combination of raw iron, clear glass, and warm light creates a compelling textural and visual contrast.
Overall, the piece is in excellent condition, with the materials and construction appearing solid and well-maintained. The finish on the iron is consistent, contributing to its intended aesthetic. The glass elements are intact and add a delicate counterpoint to the robust metal structure.
With its significant presence, this chandelier is well-suited for spaces with high ceilings, such as a grand entryway, a dining room, or a living area with a double-height void. It would complement interiors ranging from modern and industrial to Brutalist or eclectic, serving as both a light source and a piece of suspended sculpture.
It consists out approximately 25 chrystal ornaments and 10 LED lamps.
Size diameter approximately 110 cm and the hight 70 cm.
