Product description
A very rare Slice table lamp by Hans von Klier for Bilumen, Italy, 1987. This distinctive table lamp is a striking example of late Modernist design, combining geometric precision with playful Postmodern character. The lamp features a bold, sculptural form composed of clean lines and intersecting planes, creating a dynamic silhouette that changes from every angle. True to its name, the design evokes a sharply cut “slice,” balancing functional lighting with architectural expression. Its minimal yet expressive presence makes it an immediate visual statement. A rare and highly collectible design from 1987, the Slice table lamp is ideal for Memphis, Postmodern or contemporary interiors. With its intelligent form language, exceptional Italian production quality and iconic period character, it stands as an outstanding object of 1980s design.
