Product description
Unique piece! Louis Philippe style Mirror with a mercury glass. As the relief moldings that composed them were far too missing, they were removed, giving it more sobriety. A 3-tone pigment-based patina has been applied. The color is a very beautiful dark cold green, close to laurel. It's a truly beautiful piece that will make an impact in an entrance, for example...
As there was a lack of mercury at the bottom of the mirror, and thus the hole had become a pane of glass revealing the wall, I therefore affixed a piece from another mirror to correct this defect. (see the last 2 photos)
It weighs 6.5 kg.
