Superb antique cake stand (low compote dish or tiered plate) in English ironstone, decorated with polychrome floral motifs.
Impressed mark "Mintons" (from the 1880s), manufacturer based in Stoke-on-Trent (North Staffordshire).
Dated 1890 ("T" for the year 1890 and "J" for June or July).
Model "C 3625"?
The earthenware is heavily patinated but otherwise in very good condition - see photos.
