About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
The Minotti Delaunay armchair, designed by Rodolfo Dordoni in 1998, is the epitome of minimalist Italian design. This iconic model combines a sleek design with high-quality materials, resulting in a timeless piece of furniture that perfectly captures the essence of the 1990s. The construction of this armchair rests on a heavy, chrome-plated steel frame with a refined sled base, creating a floating and elegant appearance. The seat and backrest are supported by wide, sturdy black saddle leather straps that form a striking contrast with the upholstery. This specific example is finished in supple white leather, accented by distinctive horizontal stitching. The dimensions are 76 cm in width, 82 cm in depth, and 74 cm in height, with a seat height of 40 cm. The armchair is in condition commensurate with its age and use, with the structural integrity fully preserved. The original character of the design remains intact, contributing to the furniture's authentic appearance. This Minotti Delaunay armchair comes into its own perfectly in a modern or minimalist interior. The clean lines and contrasting materials make it a striking element in a living room or reading nook, where it combines effortlessly with other design classics.
