This miniature regulator wall clock by Junghans is a fine example of late 19th or early 20th-century horological design. The piece is distinguished by its compact proportions and intricate architectural detailing, making it a highly desirable collector's item.
Constructed from dark-stained wood, the case features classical elements including turned finials, a carved pediment with a central mask, and fluted pilasters flanking the glazed door. The dial displays Roman numerals and the Junghans star logo, accompanied by a brass pendulum and winding key. The clock measures approximately 60 centimetres in height, 23 centimetres in width, and 13 centimetres in depth.
The clock remains in good condition, retaining its original finish and character. The wooden case exhibits a natural patina consistent with its age, while the dial and brass components show appropriate signs of historical use.
