A very comfortable wooden rocking chair, crafted from solid beech wood.
The origin of these chairs is not always entirely clear, but many originate from Scandinavia.
Given the patina of this chair, it likely dates from the 1950s or 1960s.
The wide, flat armrests with rounded ends, combined with the pleasantly curved solid seat, make the chair very comfortable.
Naturally, it rocks as you would expect; nice and quietly and soothingly.
