Product description
This is a remarkable stained glass artwork from the mid-20th century, executed in a powerful, abstract style. The piece stands out for its geometric composition and thoughtful use of color, which is characteristic of the modernist design principles of that period.
The panel is made from various types of glass, joined with lead strips and set in a light wooden frame. The composition consists of an interplay of deep blue, opaque white, and clear, textured glass surfaces, accented with small, vibrant red details. The Latin text "BONOS FRUCTUS FACERE" is subtly integrated into the design, adding a classic and intellectual element to the modern aesthetic.
Meaning: work ennobles
LED lighting present
The artwork is in very good condition, with the glass and leadwork carefully preserved. The wooden frame is a later addition that gives the piece a contemporary finish and provides structural stability, making it ready to be hung immediately.
This stained glass panel functions as an impressive eye-catcher in an interior. It can be placed against a wall or hung in a window, where the incoming light brings the colors and textures of the glass to life. It fits perfectly in an environment with a Mid-Century Modern, minimalist, or eclectic decor.
