Product description
Elegant Mid-Century Modern hanging pendant lamp featuring a beautifully reverse-painted white glass shade with a soft opaline effect. The shade is suspended on a classic rise-and-fall pull-down mechanism, allowing the height to be easily adjusted, making it an ideal lighting solution above a dining table, breakfast nook, or kitchen island.
The opaline appearance is created by painting the inside of the glass shade, producing a warm, diffused glow when illuminated.
Dimensions
Shade Height: 20 cm
Shade Diameter: 30 cm
Overall Height: Adjustable via the rise-and-fall mechanism
Condition
The interior paint shows areas of age-related discoloration. When the lamp is switched on, these appear as subtle variations or "stains" in the illuminated glass. This is a cosmetic imperfection caused by the ageing of the original finish and does not affect the lamp's functionality or structural integrity. The condition has been fully reflected in the price.
A charming and functional vintage pendant that perfectly complements Mid-Century, Scandinavian, Modernist, and minimalist interiors.
