This is a beautiful and iconic West German Pottery vase from the manufacturer Ilkra (Illbach-Keramik). It is model number 156/25 in the much-loved and recognizable 'Capri' decor from the 1960s. The vase has an elegant cancan shape with a handle. The decor consists of a glossy white base with a characteristic, tactile grey/white zig-zag 'fat lava' structure. A beautiful object for the vintage design enthusiast or WGP collector.
